Four Winters at War
Description: In commeration of the Great War, we supported the development and delivery of a large outdoor musical performance written and produced by local artist Pete Sidgwick.
Two performances saw over 900 audience members, who witnessed a heart felt story told by a diverse group of local actors representing a consortium of amateur and professional performing art groups. It highlighted the role Cannock Chase played during WW1, referencing the training camps, Fredas Grave to name but a few, intertwined original music. The haunting silence of the last post, made all respect, remember and repond.
