I am inspired by the Pop Art movement and particularly admire the works of Lichtenstein and Warhol. My portraits and images are created by recycling postage stamps into pixelated images and designs both figurative and non-representational. I have work owned and commissioned by clients in America, Australia, France, Switzerland and Portugal as well as the UK. I was commissioned by Whiteley’s Shopping Centre in Bayswater, London to create a portrait of the Queen to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee. This was the largest stamp image I have created to date, measuring 10ft by 16ft, using over 30,000 stamps and hung in the Central Atrium within Whiteleys. I have created portraits for several celebrities as well as for individuals who wish to own a personal and unique work of art. I have exhibited at the Art Gallery in Tetbury, The Knapp Gallery, London, The Gallery at 94 London, Stanley Gibbons in the Strand and Ripley’s Galleries in New York, Florida and California and in London.
